Erza is a dedicated journalist and advocate for human rights, most recently working at T7 television in Prishtina as a field reporter. She focuses on social issues such as women’s rights, combating discrimination, promoting equality, and healthcare-related challenges. She previously worked at KosovaLive.org and volunteered for NoFakeNews, verifying misinformation. Erza also served as a trainer for the American Councils for International Education, educating high school students across the Western Balkans on media literacy and mental health. Erza studied journalism and communication at the University of Prishtina. She completed the Study in the U.S. Institute (SUSI) program at Arizona State University, focusing on journalism and democracy, as well as other professional training by BIRN, Service Civil International, and COHU. Erza is fluent in Albanian, English, and Turkish.
