Mkrtich has over six years of experience in investigative reporting, specializing in corruption and public fund mismanagement. He has been with CivilNet TV since 2015 focusing on corruption, public accountability, and database analysis. He has also been a correspondent for the Public Television of Armenia. Since 2023, he has been a fellow at the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), where he has authored several investigations. Mkrtich has served as a trainer for Transparency International Armenia, EITI, and other leading NGOs. Mkrtich holds a master’s degree from the International Scientific Educational Center of NAS RA. Mkrtich is proficient in Armenian and foreign databases and the skills to work with them.
