Oksana is a Ukrainian journalist focused on analytical stories and people-driven reporting. She reports for Vgoru, an independent outlet from her native Kherson region, documenting life under occupation and rights abuses, producing analytical explainers and data-driven stories on reconstruction, local governance, and local resilience. Oksana received her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the National University of Ostroh Academy. In 2024, she also participated in the UMPP Fellowship by IREX. Oksana’s native language is Ukrainian, but she also has an advanced level of English and German.
